Two weeks old.....

Bailey is now a little over two weeks old and we are totally enjoying her.

She is awake about twice a night for about an hour, hour and a half which we don't love but could be worse. At her 2 weeks appointment she weighed 8.93 lbs and 20.91. Who knew they could shrink!

Austin adores his sister, he wants to hold and "pet" her. He lets me know if she is crying and loves to come and help me get her out of her crib. We were at a friends house and a friend was holding Bailey. She said something like she is so cute I just want to keep her. Austin sort of yelled at her: NO, she is my baby! You can't keep her!!!!! So he is already protective of her. :)

Ok so for some randomness.....The first night in the hospital I had one of the Veggie Tale songs stuck in my head and kept getting it stuck in Craigs too.

Easter

The Easter Bunny brought Austina nice Easter basket with candy, a bunch of toy planes and cars. What more could a boy ask for?!

We dyed eggs and got no dye on us.....

and then went to Kiddie Disco, saw the Easter Bunny and looked for eggs.

Fun was had by all!

My child loves to dance, Hanna Montana happened tobe on and well I caught it on camera. It is pretty cute!

This is of Kuma stalking him. She is big enough to knock him over so he is pretty carefull. It is still pretty amusing!

These are from our trip this weekend to Okunakayama. This is a watch out for Beavers sign and the one below is for bear. We had no idea there were either here.

You never know what you are ordering unless you know how to read the language. Maybe I will learn one day. This was a tofu platter, the sauce and rice was pretty good. I though it was a chicken dish because that is what someone who had ordered it said!

This was a monster playground on the road there. It is all metal and old school.... if we had these back in the states someone would be making lots of money suing for damaged children! Notice the 4 feet of snow at the bottom.
